We are looking for a new colleague who will be working as an Application Support Specialist in our Global ERP Support team in Szczecin, Poland.

This is a dynamic, hands‑on position where you will play a vital role in supporting our business support of hearing care companies across various business areas in our ERP system and POS system etc.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Daily support of AX2012R3 (and later also D365 F&O) users in our hearing care companies, including system monitoring.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories to ensure we are developing the right solutions.
  • Manage incidents and problems by focusing on processes, people, and systems – ensuring that root causes are addressed, not just the symptoms.
  • Provide user training to ensure our ERP system is utilized to its full potential and that our global template is reinforced.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute software testing as part of our ERP release process.

  • Have a master’s degree (IT, Business, or Financial)
  • Are fluent in English – both written and oral
  • Have exposure to ERP systems – ideally with AX2012 and D365 F&O
  • Demonstrate a service‑minded approach with a focus on customer and user satisfaction
  • Are motivated by taking a proactive approach and contributing improvement ideas
  • Possess a can‑do attitude, comfortable learning on the job as you face diverse challenges
  • Are a true team player, collaborating closely with colleagues
  • Thrive when working with complex problems, with a mindset geared toward preventing issues, enhancing solutions and processes, and challenging the status quo

 

Nice to have:

  • experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
  • ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate
  • Financial background or experience from financial related role

 

Due to the projects running in different countries and the international character of the team, some business trips may occur.
