We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to drive our transition to the Dynamics Finance and Operations and D365 suite of products. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation in hearing healthcare, collaborating with a prestigious global organization.

As a member of the Software Engineering & Platform team within Hearing Care IT, you will contribute to developing software solutions that support our global retail operations. Our international and distributed team operates across multiple locations, with core development hubs in Szczecin and Copenhagen. We are looking for passionate developers to help deliver cutting‑edge solutions to clinics worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, development teams, and key stakeholders to design and maintain a robust, scalable technical infrastructure. Your contributions will empower product and project teams to enhance customer services and drive business growth.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Implement integrations to interface D365 DFO and CE with other applications, using different methods of data exchange, such as Data Management Framework in D365, Azure APIs and Microservices, Dataverse, Datalake and Synapse workspaces.
  • Implement solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps Component Framework, etc.) and supported customizations.
  • Work close with developers to ensure team deliveries
  • Stay updated on new OO‑design trends and technologies
  • Keep high quality of delivered code
  • Write unit‑tests
  • Work with agile process and keep the application lifecycle

  • Have experience within software development, e.g., in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript/React, .NET
  • Posses relevant technical education
  • Know about concept of REST API
  • Are experienced in Agile software development environment
  • Have quality focus and thoroughness in general
  • Understand the software lifecycle processes and strive to ensure constant care for architecture, codebase, tests, and documentation
  • Are fluent in English

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Design Patterns
  • Microsoft Azure experience with Storage, Cosmos DB or Service Bus

 

Due to the projects running in different countries and the international character of the team, some travelling will be needed, approximately 5 – 15 days a year.
